Is there a contract to sign to start working with Maystro delivery?
Yes, upon successful registration of your store, you will receive a contract that should be acknowledged and signed by both parties. The contract will include all the terms and conditions subject to our agreement.

What kind of products that can be delivered via your service?
All kinds of products and commodities can be delivered via our service.
How long does it take to deliver orders to clients?
Our delivery time takes 3 to 5 days.
What is the allowed weight and size of a parcel?
parcels must not exceed 1 m3 and 10Kg.
Is it possible to apply for becoming a Maystro Drivers as a part time position?
Currently we only accept people who want to work as full-time delivery agents. If you have a 2nd occupation, your application is less likely to get accepted

You can apply to become a Maystro driver directly from our website. A member of our team will then contact you to complete your registration.

Is the fare per day or per order?
You will get paid on every order that you deliver.
Are the means of transport necessary ?
Yes, you will deliver using your own vehicle be it a van, car or scooter.
